Liam Construction deserves more than 5 stars...

Liam's Construction is the one stop place to get your home improvements. We contacted James to talk about replacing just the old wood siding that was bad, and fixing several areas of water damaged wood trim and boards and to paint the whole exterior of the house. So not only did he replace the bad boards and make the house look new again, but the extra care and detail into adding trim around the garage doors and windows made everything pop after the paint job. His painters sanded surfaces and primed two coats on every board and trim on the exterior. (some other painters did not even suggest that and were quoting a higher cost). They then painted with exceptional care and detail. We also needed a hole cut into the roof and not only was that done well, he paid extra attention to making sure the roof was well sealed and the old pipe removed and the roof fixed.

They charged reasonable prices, stayed in good communication throughout the entire process, and were careful to address all questions. They were also very pleasant to speak to, James is both knowledgeable and a thoughtful listener.

We hired Liam's after seeing the HardiePlank siding they installed for a neighbor. James and his team installed HardiePlank siding, Andersen new-construction windows, a new front door, and remodeled our porch. From our initial conversation, James was willing to work within our budget to achieve the look we wanted. He brought samples, brainstormed with us, and priced out different configurations of windows and siding.

James’ team was amazing to work with. They mocked up molding and trim options so I could visualize everything before installation. They were extremely patient, knowledgeable, and thoughtful in their recommendations. Even with the small details—such as carefully caulking around the windows and the beautiful beadboard on the porch—they never rushed the process. The quality of the workmanship really shows. During demo and installation, the crew was clean and respectful of our property, making sure to tidy up every day before they left. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with.

I’m thrilled with the finished product, have already received many compliments, and would highly recommend Liam’s to anyone!

Excellent Gutter Installation!

I’m very happy with the service from Liam’s Construction LLC. They arrived on time, worked professionally, and left everything clean when they finished. The gutters look perfect, and you can really see the quality of their work. Highly recommended for anyone who needs gutter installation or cleaning!

James & his crew did a fantastic job replacing the shingles & repairing the roof on our shed. They were very responsive in quoting the job, gave us a very fair price and quick turnaround scheduling the job. They arrived on time, and got the work done expeditiously. I hired Liam’s Construction to install a roof vent cap for my bathroom exhaust, and they did an excellent job. They were communicative, quick, and thorough. Cut the hole in the roof, installed the vent cap, sealed it perfectly, and connected the ducting. Highly recommend

James did a great job was responsive, quick and reasonable. He cleaned my gutters and gave me a great price quote on new gutters. I will be hiring him to install my new gutters.

I gave them five stars Because I called and they came out the same day gave me an estimate and they started working on my house right away. They were also very respectful pleasant and did such a great job. I will almost definitely use them again, when needed

I hired this roofing company for a full roof replacement, and I’m extremely satisfied. They were professional, explained the entire process, and offered competitive pricing.
